This past mother's day we had the opportunity to dedicate Ally at our church. It worked out so well that Jason's parents were able to be with us. There were a lot of babies dedicated that morning, what a perfect way to celebrate the gift that God has given us.
Our Ally girl, we are so thankful for you; our precious gift from the Lord. We praise God that He allowed us to be your parents and continually pray for wisdom and guidance and that we would be the parents that we are called to be for you. We know that you are from God, and each day we have with you is a gift. We treasure you; your smiles and giggles, your independence, excitement for life, your silliness and your sweet hugs and wet kisses. We could not imagine life without you and love watching you grow and develop.
The verse that we chose for our Allyson Grace is Luke 10:27 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind and Love your neighbor as yourself." This is our biggest prayer for you; that you will grow to love God in a personal way with everything you have and that you will love others unconditionally and be full of grace and mercy. We are so excited about who God is growing you to be and the blessing that you are to the world.
