Our baby turned 1!! And she is growing by leaps and bounds. It seemed like she just matured so rapidly this month, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. She is standing on her own, saying momma and dadda regularly, communicating, climbing onto everything she can, loving being outside in the swing or the slide and just as fun as ever.
Oh, my sweet Ally girl. I can't believe that you are one already! Your giggles are so contagious, and I love how you wrinkle your nose when you smile. You love to wave and clap your hands. You are a busy, busy girl and if I look away for a second, you are trying to get to Ryan's potty, Layla's food or trying to fish the cords out from underneath the couch. :) You love to play with whatever Ryan has and follow him around all day. You also are adventurous; today you were climbing up on your couch chair and just falling backwards so I would catch you. You don't like to sit still, which make diaper changes super fun. ;) You love to be around others and the nursery ladies at church adore you. I love how much you adore Ryan and my heart melts when you two giggle together. Thank you for helping him learn how to share. :) I love how you love to be rocked to sleep and I don't think I will ever tire of watching you fall asleep in my arms. Allyson Grace, there is not a day that goes by that I don't thank God for you and pray that God will continue to give us wisdom in how we are to raise you and also that above all you will know pure, unconditional love and that God has created you so perfectly. We love you sweet girl and will always be so thankful that you are our daughter.

12 month stats:

eating: you pretty much eat whatever we give you. Some of your favorite foods are blueberries, cream cheese, meat, pears, hummus, beans, and goldfish! You have a bit of an obsession with goldfish: you like to crawl to the bottom of the fridge and point and yell until I get the fishies down. :)
sleep: up around 6:30ish, nap from 9-10, then again from 1:30-3:00, then down by 7. You still wake 2-3 times a night.
